Description

CDL school prepares you to earn your license. This paid mentor program at 10-4 Logistics helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver based in Princeton, New Jersey. Qualified CDL school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
  • Complete regional pickups and deliveries throughout the Eastern United States
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs
  • Follow U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and company safety requirements
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
  • Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
  • At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
