Description

This paid mentor program prepares qualified CDL-school graduates to operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. Participants train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Following training, drivers can expect:

  • Average solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per week

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely
  • Complete regional pickups and deliveries
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs
  • Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
  • At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
