Receive, verify, inspect, label, and properly distribute or store incoming materials and deliveries Coordinate inbound deliveries, including answering calls and scheduling delivery appointments Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate physical inventory and ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system Process, organize, and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and other required documentation in accordance with company procedures Process outgoing small-parcel shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Receive, verify, inspect, label, and properly distribute or store incoming materials and deliveries Coordinate inbound deliveries, including answering calls and scheduling delivery appointments Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently Maintain accurate physical inventory and ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system Process, organize, and maintain shipping, receiving, inventory, and other required documentation in accordance with company procedures Process outgoing small-parcel shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping software. Transfer materials between buildings and properly put away or stage materials for production Prepare finished products for shipment by wrapping, banding, palletizing, and loading trucks as needed Manage scrap material, including collecting Gaylords, weighing and documenting scrap, loading scrap trailers, completing required paperwork, and communicating with appropriate personnel Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to complete daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety procedures Maintain hazardous waste documentation and ensure proper storage and handling in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills and Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling. Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip. Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems. Experience with domestic and international shipping processes and documentation. Experience receiving, inspecting, measuring, labeling, storing, and shipping materials. Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred. Work areas may include exposure to dust, paper particles, ink, solvents, cleaning agents, and chemical vapors commonly used in printing and card production processes. The environment may include moderate to loud noise levels due to printing presses, finishing equipment, compressors, and other machinery. Hearing protection may be required in designated areas. Employees may be required to work near or around moving mechanical equipment and automated production systems, requiring adherence to safety protocols at all times. The role may involve standing, walking, and moving throughout the production floor for extended periods during the work shift. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, or other protective gear may be required depending on task and area assignment. The environment requires adherence to strict safety, quality, and compliance standards to ensure safe and efficient operations. Occasional interaction with materials handling, shipping/receiving areas, and storage locations may be required. Ability to move about in a manufacturing environment setting for duration of shift This is a physically demanding, labor-intensive position requiring frequent lifting, moving, and handling of materials.
