Responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying documentation, processing inventory information, and ensuring materials are properly identified and stored. Position Summary:
Responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying documentation, processing inventory information, and ensuring materials are properly identified and stored.
Main Responsibilities:

• Verify packing lists and invoices against received materials.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Enter receiving information into warehouse systems.
• Create and apply labels to incoming materials.
• Organize and stage received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform material identification and inventory control activities.
• Support unloading activities when needed.
• Use warehouse scanners and computer systems for receiving transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with general warehouse activities, including walking, lifting, and moving materials as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Required Qualifications:

• Warehouse receiving experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Ability to read and verify shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
