Summary:
- Lead daily receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all inbound product processing
- Support inventory control and warehouse organization efforts
- Train and guide warehouse associates on receiving procedures and standards

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily receiving activities including unloading, inspection, and processing of inbound shipments
- Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records
- Process receiving transactions accurately using warehouse management systems
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and receiving errors
- Ensure all received products are properly labeled, staged, and prepared for storage
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory control initiatives
- Assist with processing returns (RMAs) and proper disposition of materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
- Train and support warehouse associates on receiving procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, or logistics experience
- Prior lead, coordinator, or senior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse operations strongly preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- OSHA or warehouse safety training is a plus
Additional Qualifications (Non-deal breakers)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead by example in a hands-on warehouse environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using ERP/WMS systems, scanners, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve processes
