Receiving Coordinator

You will receive goods into inventory, manage lot control and inventory accuracy, operate material-handling equipment, and help ensure materials are available to meet production demands while maintaining food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Follow and enforce food safety, food quality, and regulatory requirements established by the Safe Quality Food program, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Food and Drug Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, customers, and the company.

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $24.95 an hour

Reporting to the supervisor, you will coordinate receiving activities, inbound materials, inventory control, and warehouse movements to support plant operations. You will receive goods into inventory, manage lot control and inventory accuracy, operate material-handling equipment, and help ensure materials are available to meet production demands while maintaining food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound materials by scheduling truck appointments through Oracle Transportation Management, receiving deliveries, inspecting incoming goods, and verifying shipment accuracy, completeness, and condition.
• Receive goods into the inventory management system and maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
• Count and monitor inventory, complete inventory adjustments, manage lot releases, and support proper lot rotation.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Support warehouse and shipping operations by loading and unloading trucks, preparing less-than-truckload shipments, and staging materials for production and distribution.
• Monitor material availability, support production when needed, and maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas.
• Follow and enforce food safety, food quality, and regulatory requirements established by the Safe Quality Food program, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Food and Drug Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, customers, and the company.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years forklift operating experience.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining inventory accuracy, lot control, and receiving documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
