About the role

Do you have a sharp eye for detail? You’ll check in every incoming freight delivery, match it to the right purchase order and make sure vendors get paid on time.

What you’ll do

• Enter freight transactions into company systems accurately
• Match freight bills to purchase orders and fix discrepancies
• Process paperwork for invoice payment and print receiving labels
• Keep files organized and work professionally with coworkers and vendors

What you bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Clerical experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication and number skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office; warehouse system experience is a plus

Physical requirements: Able to sit or stand for long periods, move around the warehouse, do repetitive hand motions, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours may change based on business needs.
