Manufacturing Operators support the production of life-saving medical devices in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Must complete 2 weeks of daytime training before transferring to the evening schedule .

Westaff is looking for Manufacturing Operators in the Coventry RI Area for Immediate Start!

Location: Coventry, RI

Available Shifts & Pay Rates $22.00-$25.25/hour

 

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next

Evening Shift

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
• Must complete 2 weeks of daytime training before transferring to the evening schedule

Summary

Manufacturing Operators support the production of life-saving medical devices in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing and processing equipment
• Break down pallets and handle products in metal containers
• Use MES and other computer systems
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Monitor equipment and perform minor troubleshooting
• Follow strict quality, safety, and regulatory procedures
• Assist with inventory and material handling as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience required
• Strong computer skills
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
