Job Title: Receiving Clerk
Posting Start Date: 7/23/26
The Receiving Clerk will recieve, inspect and record shipments with raw material or products. You will be responsible for unloading packagins and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders.
Your Role:
- Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved purchase orders, associae bill of lading, or invoice.
- Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries
- Accurately process all good receipts in a timely manner, within 60 minutes of offload
- Ensure all receipts are close out daily; including Ariba
- Communicate package deliveries to departments via email or Microsoft Teams
- Communicate any discrepancies with PO vs physcial quantities, any leaks, damaged items, or any reason for possible load rejection
- Work with business partners to resolve any recieving/good receipt errors or issues
- Complete, submit, and scan all documenation at minimum by end of business day
- Maintain daily inbound dock area cleanliness to include movement and storage of materials
- Work with warehouse team for flexing dock space day-today for Inbound/Outbound flow
- Maintain detailed record of all truck inspections and report all rejected trucks and rejected loads to sourcing to file claims
Your Profile:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse and/or transportation
- 2+ years experience with SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
