Receiving Clerk-3rd shift

Provides support to full team members in warehouse functions. Works closely with Operations Supervisors and Team Lead to ensure facility customer service and productivity expectations are met. Hourly Pay:

$22.18 Base Rate + $1.00 shift differential

$1500.00 Retention Bonus after 120 days

Hours:

3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10:45 PM - 6:00 am. Weekend work and OT as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• Processing Inbound and Outbound shipments in the warehouse

• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times

• Resolve discrepancies

• Interact with warehouse associates and trouble shoot issues

• Assist with daily and weekly reports

• Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics

• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements

• Other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
