must demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Pre-Op Inspection Guidelines
must demonstrate safe working habits
must be able to define problems, utilize logic and draw conclusions
must be able to lift in excess of 75 pounds
must be able to work under stressful situations, able to accept change in an effort towards continuous improvement
must have or be able to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift
must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
must have good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member)
must be able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays and extended periods of time
