We're committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team.Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized and proactive Rebuild Project Coordinator to support our reconstruction team throughout the lifecycle of restoration projects. This role serves as a key point of communication between customers, project managers, insurance representatives, and field crews to ensure projects stay on track and clients remain informed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on keeping projects organized and moving forward.Key ResponsibilitiesReview emails daily and respond promptly to customers, insurance representatives, project managers, and internal team members.Monitor Albi, Job Board, Follow-Up Board, Matterport, CompanyCam, and other project management systems for new jobs and updates.Process new files, update project information, and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and tracking systems.Coordinate crew schedules with project managers and assist with assigning projects.Contact new customers to explain the reconstruction process and set clear expectations.Answer incoming calls and follow up with customers, adjusters, and other stakeholders.Support project managers with documentation, project files, and administrative tasks.Assist with permit applications and coordinate permit-related requirements.Review project financials to ensure jobs are billed accurately and remain up to date.Audit new and scheduled projects to verify costs and project data.Order supplies and materials as needed.Provide administrative and operational support to the reconstruction department.Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.QualificationsPrevious experience in project coordination, construction administration, restoration, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Comfortable learning and using various software platforms and project management tools.Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer applications.Benefits and Compensation:Base salary of up to $55k annually (depending on experience)All employees are eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:3% of the total revenue for the mitigation project1% of the total revenue for the reconstruction/repair projectPerformance review after 90 days, then annually.Health, vision, and dental insurance401(k) with company match up to 6%8 paid holidays 5 vacation days and 3 sick daysBirthday leaveParental leave (2 weeks)VASA gym membershipJoin Our TeamRomexterra is growing fast and looking for top-tier restoration professionals who want to build long-term success in an organization that rewards performance and integrity.
