Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Realtor Partner to join our thriving Chicago-based team. This unique partnership role is tailored for motivated agents eager to expand their business by utilizing our full suite of administrative support, cutting-edge marketing tools, and innovative technology—while maintaining the freedom to represent both buyers and sellers. Rather than specializing in one area, you will act as a versatile consultant, handling a wide range of listings and buyer requirements throughout the Chicagoland area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Expertise in Dual Transactions: Skillfully manage multiple deals simultaneously by serving as both the Listing Agent for sellers and the Buyer’s Agent for buyers, often within the same transaction.
- Business Development & Lead Management: Proactively seek new clients, cultivate referral networks, and convert inbound leads generated by the team into long-term relationships.
- Market Analysis & Pricing: Leverage MRED/ConnectMLS to prepare detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) that help sellers set competitive prices and assist buyers in making informed offers.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in weekly strategy sessions to share market insights, exchange exclusive "pocket listings," and identify cross-selling opportunities within our internal network.
- Comprehensive Transaction Management: Manage the entire transaction lifecycle from contract signing to closing, coordinating closely with Chicago-area real estate attorneys, lenders, and inspectors to resolve any issues during attorney review and inspection phases.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License.
- Strong knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and surrounding suburban markets.
- A true "Partner" mentality—motivated to grow and develop a business within a business, not just fill a role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors and real estate professionals to expand our network and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies for increasing property listings and sales.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition in the Chicago area.
- Organize and participate in networking events and open houses to promote The Saladino Sells Team and attract potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to realtors and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations to effectively showcase properties and services.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or realtor
- Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
