Description

RMAS seeks local real-property professionals to support the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron Asset Accountability Flight. The team will maintain accurate installation real-property records, conduct asset inspections and inventories, process property documentation, support real-estate and space-management actions, and maintain complete data in NexGenIT.

Two Positions:

Position 1: Lead  Senior level  5 to 8 or more years. Demonstrated experience managing complex real-estate instruments, grants, disposals, DD Form 1354 capital-asset transfers, space management, and inventory compliance in a Department of the Air Force or comparable federal environment.

Position 2: Assistant  Mid level  2 to 4 years. Direct technical working knowledge of NexGenIT, military real-property accountability, physical asset-condition evaluations, and federal records management

Anticipated openings: Two full-time positions  one lead and one assistant

Work location and schedule: Hurlburt Field, Floridaon site

Employment status: Contingent on contract award 



Required Skills

·   Current residence within reasonable daily commuting distance of Hurlburt Field and ability to work on site full time.

·   Ability to complete the required NACI and SF 85 background process and obtain installation and system access.

·   Professional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

·   Ability to work independently, meet recurring suspense dates, maintain accurate supporting records, and safeguard controlled information.

·   Legal authorization to work in the United States and access a U.S. military installation.



Required Experience

·   Recent Department of the Air Force civil-engineering, installation real-property, or asset-accountability experience.

·   Experience supporting AFCEC, MAJCOM, wing, or installation-level real-property programs.

·   Formal NexGenIT training and experience correcting or reconciling real-property data.
