A highly regarded real estate practice is hiring a mid-level Real Estate Associate with 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility and direct client exposure.

What You'll Do

Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions Work on debt financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions Assist with development matters, title, and survey work Draft and negotiate complex transactional documents Take on meaningful client-facing responsibilities

Qualifications

J.D. and active California Bar admission or eligibility for admission 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate experience Strong legal drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage significant individual responsibility while collaborating with a team Strong academic credentials
