Honorable Service Realty Group is seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Sales Trainer with strong transactional expertise and a passion for coaching, education, and servant leadership. This position is about more than teaching contracts—it is an opportunity to help our agents develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build lasting and successful real estate careers.

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group training sessions
• Guide new agents through the onboarding process
• Monitor progress and mentor new agents through the company's 12-week training program
• Support the Team Lead in evaluating and vetting trainees & recruits
• Provide individualized coaching and mentorship
• Serve as a key resource for contract questions, negotiations, and transaction best practices
• Explain complex disclosures, contingencies, and other transaction details
• Coach agents through challenging client conversations and situations

Your guidance will help our team deliver knowledgeable, confident, and exceptional service to every client.

This position includes a base salary plus bonus opportunities!

• Design and lead training programs/sessions
• Onboard, coach, and mentor agents
• Support team growth and retention
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives (e.g., innovation)
