Through comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and direct exposure to the real estate industry, you’ll strengthen your knowledge, skills, and confidence. This position is ideal for those entering the field or expanding their current experience, providing a strong foundation for continued career growth in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with lead sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week and host open houses
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
