This position offers hands-on exposure to the real estate industry, thorough training, and ongoing mentorship. Whether you’re beginning your career or expanding your current experience, you’ll develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build a strong foundation for long-term success in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with lead sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week and host open houses
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
