• Pay Rate: $23.00 $24.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Works on multiple properties supporting multiple managers
• Performs some administrative-type roles
• Performs some manager-type roles, with a greater emphasis on administrative support
• Processing invoicing
• Preparing contractors
• Dealing with utility companies
• Communicating with vendors
• Tenant communications
• Handling some energy management

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Invoicing experience

Education Requirements

• Background check required (CBRE Standard Package no drug test)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Local to Radnor, PA required
• Position covers a leave of absence

• Interview process: first step virtual; second step in-person at Radnor office
• Conversion to full-time employment is unlikely
