At The Jason Matt Team, we're looking for a few motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a successful real estate career — and have some fun doing it!

We've been selling homes throughout Metro Detroit since 1998, and here's the exciting part: We have more leads coming in than our current team can effectively handle!

We're looking for the right people to help us turn those opportunities into successful closings.

Whether you're a newer agent looking for guidance or an experienced agent ready to take your business to the next level, we provide the hands-on training, mentorship, proven systems, and accountability to help you grow.

Your day will involve connecting with potential clients, following up on leads, showing homes, negotiating offers, and helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

You don't have to figure everything out on your own. That's what having a great team is all about!

Responsibilities

• Connect With New Leads: Respond to incoming buyer and seller inquiries, build relationships, and turn potential opportunities into appointments and clients.
• Follow Up Consistently: Stay in touch with prospective clients using our CRM and proven follow-up systems. Consistent communication is one of the biggest keys to success in real estate!
• Guide Sellers / Buyers: Schedule property tours for buyers and/or set listing appointments for sellers, understand clients' needs, and help your clients confidently sell and/or find the right home.
• Negotiate & Close Transactions: Prepare offers, assist with negotiations, and guide clients through the buying or selling process to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
• Participate in Training & Coaching: Take advantage of hands-on mentorship, role-playing, team meetings, and real-world training to continuously improve your skills.
• Build Your Business: Develop relationships, prospect for new opportunities, and grow your personal client base while leveraging the team's marketing, technology, and support.
• Be a Team Player: Communicate, collaborate, stay accountable, and contribute to a positive environment where everyone is working toward success.

Qualifications

Experience is great. Attitude and ambition are even better!

We're looking for motivated people who are excited about building a career in real estate.

• Active Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License preferred. Candidates currently pursuing their license are encouraged to apply.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus, but newly licensed agents are absolutely welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to follow proven systems and processes.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing training and accountability.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and technology. Experience with CRM systems and MLS is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities.
• Willingness to prospect, follow up with leads, and consistently work toward personal and team goals.
• Reliable transportation and availability to meet with clients as needed.
