The Holt Real Estate Team is looking for driven, self-motivated professionals with a strong work ethic and the determination to tackle their challenges head-on. This is a full-time, commission-based sales position well-suited to ambitious, competitive individuals pursuing an annual income of $100,000 or more. If you’re ready to dedicate the time and effort required to establish a thriving real estate career, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Transform incoming leads into committed clients using strategic scripts and personalized assistance
• Initiate warm, engaging outreach to prospective clients and network contacts
• Attend sales meetings, team power-ups, and weekly coaching to continuously improve your expertise
• Foster genuine and lasting relationships with clients through meaningful engagement
• Efficiently handle daily follow-up activities using the PLACE CRM system (Brivity)
• Contribute to team efforts by participating in open houses, events, and incentive programs
• Develop a dependable client base through consistent effort and attentive customer care

Qualifications

• Willing to follow a system

• A licensed Real Estate Agent (or ready to obtain one!)
