Real Estate Property Assistant

Northwest Property Group LLC has a unique opportunity available. We are searching for someone with experience in the following areas:

• Property management
• Property maintenance
• Janitorial work
• Office work including but not limited to using Microsoft Word and Excel

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who has both office and field experience. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to do office work, as well as, work in the field such as janitorial work, commercial property maintenance and minor repairs, and miscellaneous property maintenance. The job description is broad, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to do whatever needs to be done. Property maintenance involves a multitude of different tasks which must be done in a timely manner. This job is a multifaceted job, as it includes work in the field, as well as, office work.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has experience with property maintenance, property management, janitorial work, and/or office work
• Is proactive and has a hands-on approach to work
• Is able to communicate and coordinate with multiple vendors
• Is willing to take on various new tasks as they present themselves
• Is capable of making minor repairs
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Has excellent organizational and time management skills
