Our lead agent closed more than $15 million in volume last year — 44 transactions — working solo.

That is not a number we put in an ad to impress you. It is the reason this job exists. There is more business coming in than one person can serve well, and leads are going unanswered because there are not enough hours in the week.

We are hiring one Production Partner to work directly alongside our lead agent — not in a back office, not on a separate track. Side by side, on live deals, from day one.

You get paid on every transaction from your first week. Not after a ramp period. Not once you "prove yourself." Every closing.

The role: learn the listing side, own the buyer side

Our lead agent's business is roughly 90% listings. That is where you will learn — shoulder to shoulder, on live deals, watching how a seller consultation actually goes and how a transaction gets to the table when something goes sideways. Most agents spend five years trying to get to the listing side of this business. You will start there.

The buyer side is where you grow. Right now, buyer leads come in and go unanswered because there is no one to work them. That becomes your pipeline. Every buyer you convert and close, you are paid on — at a higher rate per transaction than the listings. The harder you work that pipeline, the more you make, and the more of the business becomes yours.

How you get paid

You are paid on every transaction that goes under contract from the day you start:

• Every listing. Paid from your first week, not after a probation period.
• Every buyer side. The more of that pipeline you convert, the more you earn.
• You earn more on clients who come from your own sphere. The relationships you already have are worth more here.

The logic is simple: you get access to 100% of the lead agent's business from day one, so business the team generates and pays for is shared at our standard rate. Clients who come to you because they know you are worth more. The stronger your relationships, the more you make.

Deals already pending when you start are not included — you are paid on everything that goes under contract from your first day forward.

Plus: $2,000/month draw during your first 90 days, so you are not waiting on your first closing to pay rent.

Realistic earnings: $55,000–$75,000 in year one at current production. $95,000+ as we grow to our target of 75 transactions — which is exactly what this role is built to make possible.

Responsibilities

What that looks like day to day:

• Support the lead agent through every stage of their listings — prep, seller communication, coordination, and getting deals to the closing table
• Work every buyer lead that comes in, and follow up until you get an answer
• Circle prospect around our listings and open houses
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Show buyers homes and handle onsite needs
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Manage your tasks and client records in our CRM
• Weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, PLACE training, and team activities

On lead generation: this is not a support role where business appears on your desk. You will prospect. You will make the calls. That is deliberate — it is how you learn to build a business of your own instead of depending on someone else's.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Active Maine real estate license — required at time of application. We are only considering licensed agents for this role.
• Production history is not required. We will teach the skills. We cannot teach work ethic or coachability.
• Comfortable on the phone and willing to prospect
• Organized enough to manage details across multiple transactions at once
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the car
• Someone who takes coaching seriously and does what they say they will do

This is probably you if…

You've been licensed a while and never got traction. You are not lazy and you are not bad at this. You were handed a license and no model. You want someone to show you what actually works and hold you to it.

You're newly licensed and don't want to guess your way through year one. You would rather learn the business from someone doing it at a high level than spend twelve months figuring out why the phone is not ringing.
