Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain one
- Proven experience in residential real estate, sales, business development, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Duluth, Minnesota, real estate market and surrounding communities preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities
- Proficiency with real estate technology, customer relationship management systems, and standard office software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Bachand Real Estate team
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the local market
- Ability to meet applicable licensing, legal, and ethical requirements for real estate professionals
