Job Description: Real Estate Agent Partner (Commission-Only)
Who We’re Seeking
We are a high-performing real estate professional looking to collaborate with a licensed, diligent agent or administrative partner who excels behind the scenes. If you enjoy closing deals but prefer to avoid the stress of lead generation and cold outreach, this position is tailored for you.
The Role
You will join forces on transactions that are already underway. After a listing is secured, you will take full responsibility for all subsequent steps — including coordination, communication, paperwork, follow-ups, and everything necessary to drive the deal to completion. Additionally, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own transactions as part of our team.
Your Responsibilities
From the moment a deal is signed, you will oversee the entire process: entering listings into the MLS, installing lockboxes, coordinating property details, maintaining client communication, scheduling appointments, handling documentation, managing vendors, and all other tasks required to close the sale.
What You Won’t Do
No cold calling. No door-to-door prospecting. No lead generation — that’s already taken care of.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a licensed agent or administrative professional who is meticulous, process-oriented, and passionate about the operational side of real estate. Whether you’re more introverted or focused on execution, you are reliable, take initiative, and excel at managing details. You don’t need to be the face of sales — just the driving force behind the scenes.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. You earn a share of each closed transaction, with no base salary and unlimited earning potential. Commission splits are applied per deal, eliminating any financial risk for either party. Expected earnings range from $75,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on deal flow.
