The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3-years of Corporate Real Estate experience. Responsibilities will include:
- Independent review of title and survey for commercial properties.
- Preparation and distribution of comment memos.
- Coordination with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants.
- Management and organization of transactions involving multiple properties and large deal files.
- Drafting loan documents .
