    TempExperts is partnering with a well-established, highly respected law firm to hire an experienced Paralegal / Legal Administrative Assistant supporting Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practices.

    What You’ll Do
    • Prepare, proofread, and edit commercial real estate and finance documents (leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, easements, closing binders)
    • Coordinate and support transaction closings with clients, lenders, title companies, and third parties
    • Maintain deal checklists, track milestones, and assist attorneys to ensure timely closings
    • Manage attorney calendars, including meetings, deadlines, and closings
    • Organize and maintain client files within the document management system
    • Handle new business intake, conflict checks, and matter opening/closing
    • Enter attorney time and assist with billing, including pre-bill review and edits
    • Answer and route calls and respond to client and internal inquiries
    • Perform administrative duties including correspondence, expense reports, CLE tracking, and check requests

    What We’re Looking For
    • High school diploma required
    • Minimum 5+ years of law firm experience supporting commercial real estate and/or real estate finance
    • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, finance terminology, and closing processes
    • Experience drafting transactional documents and coordinating complex closings preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; iManage and Aderant experience a plus
    • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong client-service mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Professional discretion with confidential information
    • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
