    TempExperts is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a Direct Hire opportunity. This role supports a busy commercial real estate legal practice and requires a highly organized professional with strong title and survey experience, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple real estate transactions under tight deadlines.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and review closing documents for commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale transactions.
    • Assist with preparation and review of loan documentation, including UCC Financing Statements.
    • Coordinate commercial and residential real estate closings by maintaining closing checklists, preparing and distributing signature page packages, reviewing settlement statements, and communicating with transaction parties.
    • Order and review title commitments and surveys, analyze title exceptions, and prepare title and survey objection letters.
    • Prepare title and survey memoranda and escrow closing letters.
    • Order and collect due diligence materials including zoning and governmental compliance letters, UCC and judgment searches, entity authority documents, good standing certificates, and estoppel letters.
    • Order, review, and abstract UCC, judgment, and lien search results.
    • Obtain and review zoning reports and conduct zoning analyses as required.
    • Conduct lease reviews and prepare lease abstracts.
    • Manage document filings and recording requirements.
    • Prepare closing binders and assist with post-closing documentation and follow-up matters.
    Requirements/Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of Real Estate Paralegal experience in a law firm, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong experience reviewing title commitments and surveys.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of legal terminology and documentation required for real estate transactions.
    • Ability to maintain consistent workplace attendance during standard business hours with flexibility for overtime when needed.
