    Pay: $50,000 - $60,000

    Note: This is a hybrid position and requires employees to be on-site 4 days a week at our clients Chicago, IL office.

    Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 1 year of residential or transactional real estate experience and be fluent in Spanish.

    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy real estate practice. This role focuses on residential and transactional real estate matters and requires Spanish fluency to support a diverse client base.

    • Support real estate transactions from contract to closing
    • Draft, review, and organize legal documents and closing files
    • Communicate with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders, and title companies
    • Review and interpret title commitments and prepare closing statements
    • Ensure accurate and timely document execution
    • Translate and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
    • Maintain organized records and coordinate key deadlines

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience in residential or transactional real estate
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Familiarity with closing procedures and documentation
    • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
