Real Estate Paralegal

Are you an experienced paralegal with a background in real estate transactions and corporate legal support? Our client, a well-established law firm in Chicago, is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team.
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and residential real estate matters while supporting corporate entity management and transactional work.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
Coordinate real estate transactions from due diligence through closing
Review titles, surveys, and transaction-related documentation
Draft deeds, resolutions, closing documents, and corporate records
Prepare and file UCC financing statements
Conduct lien, litigation, and corporate searches
Support business entity formation and ongoing corporate maintenance
Manage electronic files and legal documentation
Assist attorneys with transactional and corporate matters
Qualifications
3+ years of real estate and corporate paralegal experience
Prior law firm, title company, or financial institution experience required
Strong understanding of title and survey review processes
Experience with commercial and residential transactions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree required
Paralegal certificate preferred
