Responsibilities:

- Handle commercial real estate closings from start to finish

- Learn and effectively use SoftPro

- Sit with purchasers at closing and explain the closing statement and closing documents

- Order title, review title, and issue title commitments

- Draft closing documents

- Prepare closing statements

- Communicate with lenders and purchasers

- Coordinate with lenders to obtain funding approvals

- Coordinate disbursements

- Issue title policies

- Send out closing packages

- Must be a notary
