Rain for Rent is immediately seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to support our portfolio expansion strategy and high volume of lease related transactions across the US and Canada (North America). The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large volume of leasing transactions with specific experience in Single Tenant industrial properties and industrial outside storage (IOS) assets. Technical knowledge, speed, adaptability, and a field-first mentality are paramount. The Real Estate Manager will report directly to our Rain for Rent COO.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field is required. A minimum of five (5) years of corporate real estate transaction experience within a similar multi-site operating company or real estate services firm focused on a high velocity of annual transactions in multiple states/regions is required. Masters degree or professional real estate certification preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

At Rain for Rent, in-person work at our offices and/or branch location is a top priority because it allows us to more effectively collaborate, connect, and builds a workplace culture that drives our continued success. This role requires onsite presence at a RfR office and/or branch location. Except for limited circumstances, remote and/or hybrid options are not offered at this time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Travel:
Regular overnight travel (up to 25%) by land and/or air.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + annual bonus incentive plan
