Real Estate Litigation & Transactional Attorney

A well-established and highly respected boutique law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation & Transactional Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys both dispute resolution and deal work and wants to play a meaningful role in advising clients on sophisticated real estate matters.

The attorney will represent developers, investors, landlords, business owners, lenders, and property owners in a wide range of real estate and commercial matters. Responsibilities will include handling real estate disputes, contract negotiations, lease matters, title and ownership issues, construction-related disputes, acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, and general commercial real estate counseling.
