Wethersfield general practice firm seeking Full-time, In Person, Legal Assistant/Paralegal to handle the following areas:
Residential/Commercial Real Estate - Knowledge and working experience with closing software used by CATIC/FATIC, Word, Excel & Adobe. Candidate should be outgoing and able to work independently, fully computer literate, and outgoing to communicate with clients, loan officers and realtors in order to handle closings independently; AND
Litigation/Probate - Assist with pending matters before the Superior and Probate Courts in the State of Connecticut; and working knowledge of the Connecticut Probate process and filings with the Court. Prior experience with drafting estate planning documents a plus.
At least five (5) years experience required.
