Real Estate Litigation Attorney: Fully Remote Role Serving the Cape Coral Market

Our client, a well-regarded Florida firm with a strong Lee County presence, is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Cape Coral practice. The team handles title disputes, quiet title actions, boundary and easement claims, purchase and sale contract disputes, partition actions, and landlord-tenant litigation for property owners, investors, and developers.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel to Lee County for hearings, mediations, or trial as needed.

What You'll Do

• Litigate real estate disputes in Florida state and federal courts
• Handle quiet title, partition, easement, and contract enforcement actions
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
• Take and defend depositions and attend mediations and hearings
• Advise clients on dispute strategy and risk

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of real estate or commercial litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel within Southwest Florida for key case events
