Real Estate Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Pembroke Pines: Real Estate Disputes in Broward County

Our client, a respected South Florida real estate and business litigation firm, is looking for a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Pembroke Pines. The firm represents owners, developers, lenders, and associations in title, contract, partition, landlord-tenant, and lease disputes.

This is an in-office role based in Pembroke Pines, so you will collaborate in person every day with a supportive, experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Litigate real estate disputes from pre-suit through trial
• Draft complaints, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and resolution options
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of real estate or commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to work on site in Pembroke Pines
