This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator who can immediately assume responsibility for an active caseload and handle matters independently from inception through resolution.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with a strong and consistent pipeline of work already in place. No book of business is required. Responsibilities

• Independently manage a real estate litigation caseload from initial assessment through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Advise clients on complex real estate disputes and litigation risks.
• Represent individuals, businesses, developers, property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and community associations.
