Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to discuss pricing, marketing, and selling strategies
• Conduct listing consultations and secure signed listing agreements
• Guide sellers through the listing and closing process
• Coordinate with the team on marketing, staging, photography, and launch preparation
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the transaction
• Negotiate offers and advocate for your clients’ best interests
• Utilize CRM systems, follow-up plans, and team tools consistently
• Participate in team coaching, trainings, and accountability meetings

Qualifications
