As a Listing Agent with the Moog Group, you’ll focus on generating seller opportunities and guiding clients confidently through every stage of the listing and sales process. Responsibilities

• Connect with those thinking about selling a home or investment property in central Ohio
• Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
• Schedule appointments and share the PLACE Selling Experience
• Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
• Conduct 2 open houses each month
• Assist sellers to prepare their home for sale
• Collaborate with other Realtors to accept and negotiate offers

Qualifications

• Licensed in real estate
• Team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Love to learn and practice skills
• Ready to follow a plan
• Excellent time management skills
