In your role as a listing agent with the Moog Group, your primary focus will be attracting sellers and expertly guiding them through every step of the sales journey. You’ll have access to top-tier resources designed to help you deliver outstanding results. Achieving specific production targets will unlock additional benefits, including health insurance, revenue sharing, and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with those thinking about selling a home or investment property in central Ohio
  • Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
  • Schedule appointments and share the PLACE Selling Experience
  • Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
  • Conduct 2 open houses each month
  • Assist sellers to prepare their home for sale
  • Collaborate with other Realtors to accept and negotiate offers

Qualifications

  • Licensed in real estate
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Love to learn and practice skills
  • Ready to follow a plan
  • Excellent time management skills
