Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch, the foundation everything else is built on
  • Convert seller leads and win listings with consistency and professionalism
  • Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency and follow-through
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first consultation through close
  • Demonstrate genuine expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and market positioning
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly to keep your pipeline full
  • Run four strategic open houses per month as part of your business development
  • Delegate transaction management to the in-house Success Team, and trust the system
  • Leverage PLACE technology and marketing resources to elevate your brand and listings
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, and team activities
  • Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology consistently

Qualifications

You've been around long enough to know what separates agents who build a real business from those who just stay busy. You win listings because sellers trust you, not just because you showed up. You follow through, take feedback seriously, and hold yourself to a standard whether or not anyone is watching. Familiarity with online lead platforms like Zillow is a plus, and you understand the pace they require and know how to convert them.

  • Active real estate license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven ability to consult with and convert seller leads
  • Experience converting online buyer inquiries into active clients and identifying listing opportunities is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with online lead conversion (Zillow or similar) a plus
  • Willingness to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management and organizational discipline
  • Growth-minded and genuinely coachable
  • A team player who holds themselves to a high standard
