Top-tier boutique work/life balance law firm in Los Angeles seeks Real Estate Transactional Associate to focus on leasing. We placed an attorney with this firm over a year ago and she is still happy and thriving there. Position works 3 in office and 2 at home, after training. Ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience working on sophisticated commercial, industrial, office/retail leasing and should have a JD from a top-tier law school. Clients include national and regional developers, pension funds, pension fund advisors, REITs, institutional investors, landlords, tenants, public and private companies, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs. Reasonable annual billable target and competitive base salary – $250 to 350k, depending on qualifications, experience and skills. Excellent bonus structure.
