Responsibilities

1. Prospect for new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
2. Qualify leads to determine their needs, timeline, and financial capacity.
3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business.
4. Set appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
5. Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture them through the sales process.
6. Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads in our CRM system.
7. Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Real estate license (We guide you through the process of obtaining your license)
