Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Chandler, AZ (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: Part-Time, ~20 hrs/week, Flexible M-F

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and maintain operational data for accuracy and traceability
  • Manage document control processes (creation, revisions, approvals, archiving)
  • Maintain SharePoint libraries, version control, metadata, and permissions
  • Create and manage Excel trackers, templates, logs, and reports
  • Support audits, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Perform field walks/verifications and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong SharePoint administration/document management experience
  • Experience in data collection, document control, or records management
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain data integrity

Preferred Skills:

  • Semiconductor, manufacturing, facilities, or regulated industry experience
  • Knowledge of quality/document control systems
  • Power BI and/or Power Automate experience

Education:

  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities/document control experience
