Maven HR Advisory Group is proud to be leading this search on behalf of Edwards Law, a boutique Buckhead firm known for precise, client-centered work across residential real estate closings, estate planning, and probate.
We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Closing & Legal Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced closing practice and takes genuine pride in accurate, organized work. If you enjoy owning files from contract through closing — and you're the kind of professional who takes direction once and then runs with it — this role is built for you.
About the role: Real estate closings are the heart of this position. You'll coordinate transactions end to end: preparing and reviewing ALTA Settlement Statements, ordering payoffs and HOA letters, reviewing title commitments, coordinating lenders, and keeping every file organized and audit-ready. During seasonal lulls, you'll support estate planning and probate matters. This role frequently operates as the sole non-attorney in the office, so independence, initiative, and reliability are essential — and rewarded, with a clear path toward Lead Coordinator and management as the firm grows.
What we're looking for:
The details: Hybrid and in-office by design — Monday through Friday, 9–5, on-site 2–3 days a week and on every closing day. This is not a remote role. The position begins part-time and grows toward full-time as the workload and your demonstrated reliability increase.
Our process: We believe in a fair, merit-based hiring process. Qualified applicants will complete a practical skills assessment designed to reflect the actual day-to-day work of the role — so your experience and ability speak for themselves.
How to apply — both steps are required:
We review every application personally. Both steps are required to be considered.
Edwards Law is an equal opportunity employer.
