Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Buyers Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a desire to guide clients through the buying process with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to identify suitable properties.

• Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate markets, property values, and trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

• Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing client inquiries.

• Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best possible terms and prices for their property purchases.

• Documentation: Assist clients with necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents.

• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Client Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the buying process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.

• Marketing: Promote listings through various channels, including social media, websites, and open houses.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license in Michigan (we will help you get one).
• Eager to learn and follow directions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM's and technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for helping others achieve their goals.
