Real Estate & Business Law Attorney

A well-regarded Oklahoma firm is expanding its transactional practice and adding a Real Estate & Business Law Attorney. You'd handle real estate and business transactions for a growing client base, with room to grow alongside the practice. They're ready to move quickly for the right person.

What you'll do

- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing and financing

- Form and advise businesses on entity, contract and governance matters

- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, operating agreements and other transactional documents

- Coordinate closings, title review and due diligence

- Work directly with clients and firm leadership

What you bring

- JD and an active Oklahoma bar license

- 3-5+ years of real estate and/or business transactional experience

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills

- Comfort managing transactions from start to close

- Able to work on-site
