Real Estate & Business Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a well-established legal practice in downtown Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated real estate and business transactions and will enjoy working directly with clients in a collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

• Handle a variety of commercial real estate and business transactions
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional documents
• Advise clients on business transactions, entity matters, and contractual issues
• Work directly with clients and other professionals to structure and execute transactions
• Conduct due diligence and identify potential legal and business risks
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys across the firm

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Wisconsina Bar membership
• 5+ years of transactional legal experience
• Experience with real estate and/or business transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
