Venture Development Realty, Inc. (VDR) is seeking an experienced, results-driven Brokerage Office Manager to lead and support our North Florida real estate sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic real estate professional who is passionate about developing talent, building relationships, and driving sales performance.
Working alongside the VDR management team and ICI Homes' North Florida Division, you will play an important role in expanding our brokerage presence, strengthening agent performance, and supporting both new home and resale opportunities throughout the Jacksonville market.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
Recruit and develop talented agents to support brokerage growth.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Establish sales goals, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Brokerage Operations & Sales
Oversee daily brokerage sales activities and support agents throughout the transaction process.
Ensure contracts, listing agreements, disclosures, and transaction documentation meet applicable regulatory and brokerage requirements.
Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitive activity.
Partner with ICI Homes' North Florida sales leadership to identify new home and resale opportunities.
Promote a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team environment.
Business Development & Marketing
Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, industry professionals, and community partners.
Collaborate with Marketing to increase brokerage visibility and generate business opportunities.
Support Realtor outreach programs, community events, and promotional initiatives.
Identify opportunities to expand listings, increase sales, and strengthen VDR's presence in North Florida.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Real Estate License or Broker License required.
Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage operations, or sales team management.
Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
Knowledge of real estate contracts, transaction processes, and applicable industry regulations.
Ability to analyze sales performance, establish goals, and drive results.
Established professional relationships within the real estate industry preferred.
Valid Florida driver's license in good standing.
