Appellate experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to manage all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigation , including:Drafting initial pleadingsHandling discoveryResearching and drafting motionsConducting depositionsArguing motions in courtFor the junior attorney position , we seek a self-starter eager to make strategic decisions , gain substantial courtroom experience , and develop client relationships from day one.
