A well-established and highly respected law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its thriving real estate practice. What You'll Do

• Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related transactional documents
• Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and assist with resolving title issues
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and general real estate matters
• Work closely with attorneys, lenders, title companies, brokers, and clients throughout each transaction

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Bar admission
• 5+ years of commercial and/or residential real estate transactional experience
• Strong experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and lease drafting/negotiation
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented attorney seeking a long-term opportunity
