With <\/span>a strong reputation<\/span> for client advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in New Mexico.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

This opportunity is <\/span><\/span><\/span>not a full -time employment role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>. Instead, it is designed for a solo practitioner or small firm attorney seeking to supplement their existing practice. The arrangement offers approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional matters. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and property matters.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Address title, zoning, and land use issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

  • Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
